Real Madrid head coach, Zinidine Zidane is excited to have Hazard back for their Champions League semi-final clash against Chelsea on Tuesday.
The former Chelsea player has featured for Madrid twice since January 30 due to injury issues and made a bright 13 minutes cameo for the Los Blancos in their 0-0 draw against Real Betis this weekend.
Speaking to reporters ahead of the game, Zidane said the inclusion of Hazard in the squad is a big boost for his team and is confident the forward will bring a lot of quality to his side.
“I think he played really well when he came on [in the 77th minute],” said Zidane.
“The most important thing was to welcome Eden Hazard back to the fold. No more problems and it’s behind him now, he is just looking forward.
“We are delighted to have Eden back in the side because we know he can bring a lot.
Real Madrid host the first leg against Chelsea on Tuesday. The return leg is scheduled for Wednesday 5th May,2021 at Stamford Bridge.
