Former Medeama SC midfielder Rashid Nortey has joined Kotoko on a two-year deal.
Nortey joins the defending champions following a successful spell in Tarkwa where he spent six years.
He was voted the club’s best player in 2021 and he is widely considered by many as the best player in the league.
“Rashid comes with enormous quality and experience and will only improve our team to help us achieve our targets this season.” Kotoko said in a statement.
“Rashid has penned a two and a half-deal after running down his contract with Medeama SC. The statement added.
Kotoko trail league leaders Aduana Stars by three points at third place.
