Kumasi Asante Kotoko came from behind to beat Sarmatex at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in the Betpawa Ghana Premier League.

The Porcupine Warriors bounced back from their midweek defeat to Bechem United to record a 2-1 victory over the newly promoted side.

Nicholas Opoku scored in consecutive home games to draw the home side level after Sarmatex took the lead through Prince Antwi.

Augustine Agyapong smashed home a brilliant free kick to seal all three points for Kotoko and move them to third on the table.
