KSSC opened their campaign in the Eastern Region Division II league with a 2-0 victory at home to Tsu FC.

Kweku Terry opened the scoring with a brilliant long range effort in the third minute to give the home-side a dream start.

The home-side threatened to run riot in front of their fans but Tsu FC remained resilient as they settled into the game following a shaky start to the game.

KSSC who were cladded in their beautiful yellow and black stripes jersey with black shorts came close to adding a second after a brilliant work by Lawrence Owusu to evade the attention of his opponents but his effort went agonizingly wide off the post.

The diminutive forward was not to be denied the second time as he finished off a brilliant team move to add a second.

The away side improved in the second half but KSSC held on to secure maximum points.
