Ghana Premier League giants Asante Kotoko are set to announce a partnership deal with and English Premier League club in the coming weeks, CEO Nana Yaw Amponsah has confirmed.
Accroding to the new CEO, the Porcupine Warriors have announced some partnerships recently and the new one is said to take the club to the next phase.
The porcupine warriors in the past had a similar arrangement with then English Premier League side Sunderland during the K.K Srapong regime but did not see the light of day due to numerous management upheavals and different directions.
Among other things a deal of this nature will help enhance the technical acumen of Asante Kotoko as they will be exchange programs among the various technical heads.
Technical team members of Kotoko can go for attachment to gain experience while various teams can go for pre-seasons programmes among others.
Amponsah revealed this information during the club’s press briefing to officially present their new management members and give updates on the direction the club wants to go.
